Who doesn’t like to start the New Year with a fresh calendar? Today Jessica Farris in How Design gives us a look at some beautiful examples.
“Featuring striking colors and exceptional use of typography, these designs display a year’s worth of exceptional artistry,” Farris writes.
We agree.
I have to say my heart actually started to beat a little faster when I saw the Letterpress Calendar from Reno Orange. A must have for any press room, don’t you think?
Meanwhile the Perpetual Wall Calendar from Dan Reisinger (the “calendar that never goes out of date”) offers a bold and inspired use of cut-outs and cards. And if you’re a font geek (we know you’re out there), the Just Type calendar from Workman will make you happy.
I’m just glad we have so many walls.
