Be seen.
If that’s your intention, grab these two free fonts and get busy.
First up is Chappa, a free display font from Argentinian designer Lucas Mercado. Slightly reminiscent of the ‘70s with its bold lines and narrow openings, it looks right at home in modern designs … especially the italic version. It’s perfect for posters, logos, clothing and other display needs. Download free from Behance.
Where Chappa has curves, Balox has sharp edges. And the effect is just as dramatic, in a different way. There’s nothing tentative about this one, so use it when you want to make a bold impression, on posters, logos or package design. Download free from Dafont.
So say something in a big way, and remember to thank the designers for their work. And please, come back and see us next week for another Free Font Friday.
