In the immortal words of Coco Channel, “The best things in life are free. The second best are very expensive.”
As always on Free Font Friday, we’ll stick to free, and bring you a font that Coco would have adored. Inspired by classic fashion illustrations, Dita Sweet is designed by Ksenia Semirova. It features contrasting curving and linear shapes and includes upper and lowercase letters. It’s great for adding some old-style glamour to your design. Try it on magazine covers, posters or fashion/style-related branding projects. Download for free from 1001 Fonts.
While we’re talking old school glam, enjoy Moderne Sans by Barcelona-based designer Marius Kempken. This font was inspired by typefaces from the 1920s; it has a clean, sharp design with Art Deco flair and includes upper and lowercase letters. This would look great on posters or titles, and is striking in all caps. Download free from Behance.
We hope you enjoy this week’s Free Friday Fonts and stay tuned for another round next Friday. These free fonts look so good on you!
