Modern, with a touch of classic, all wrapped up on a slightly otherworldly feel … that’s what we’ve got for you this week on Free Font Friday.
First up is Nelphim, a free font from Virginia-based design shop Unblast. With uncomplicated serifs and generous curves, Nelphim brings just a touch of the unusual to any project. Overall the font is modern in appeal, with multilingual support and a lovely italic. Highly readable, it loses little in the translation from all caps to regular. Try this on social media graphics, signage, print products and branding. Download free from Behance.
Next is Tabitha, a free font that lives up to its slightly spooky namesake. Created by Bangalore designer Mandrita Bhattacharyya, the font is a mixture of strong lines and curvy endings, with a soft yet powerful playfulness. This display font is available in 15 different widths and weights. Download free from Behance.
We hope these two fonts breathe a little fun into the gray February mood. Be sure to come back next week for another Free Font Friday!
